Orders for Christmas & extended right of return

Would you like to give a Fitz & Huxley product as a gift? Are you wondering whether you can still return it after Christmas if the gift is not a hit?

Don't worry: from November 19, 2021, we offer you an extended right of return until January 12, 2022. This means that you can shop for your Christmas gifts during Black Week and, if necessary, return them after Christmas.

So that your package arrives in time for Christmas - that is, December 24th - please order as early as possible. With the growth in e-commerce and the ongoing corona situation, our partner DHL expects a record number of parcels for Christmas, just like last year. According to DHL, the last order dates for an arrival before Christmas are usually the following:

Please note: of course we will hand over your package to DHL on time. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the actual parcel running times and have to rely on the information provided by DHL. This means that if you order on time, your package will most likely arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas because we are dependent on DHL.


Our backpacks are shipped safely and quickly by our partner DHL. Each order is normally processed on the same day and sent after receipt of payment. Our products are shipped exclusively via the climate-neutral process GOGREEN.

The delivery to Germany is free of charge. For all other countries the delivery costs depend on the country of destination and will be shown at the check out process. The delivery time depends on the country and are as follows:

* When using prepayment, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or, in case another payment method is used, the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the payment period. If the last day of the payment period is a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the delivery location, the next working day shall take the place of this day.

Right of Cancellation
