Returns & Complaints

How it works

1.  Register your return via our returns portal.
2. Pack the item. Ideally in the original shipping carton.
3. Either print out the returns label and stick it on or use the QR code.
4. Post the parcel as a return and keep the proof of posting.


Please note that we charge a service fee of €3.99 in the event of a return.

 

How to report a complaint to us

1. Send complaint by e-mail to service@fitzandhuxley.com.
2. Describe the problem and attach a picture.
3. Our customer service will get back to you immediately with a solution.



Further information on returns

Return the goods well packaged

Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for compensation due to damage caused by defective packaging.

New order instead of exchange

If you would like an exchange, e.g. for a different size or color, please place a new order in our online store. This way you can see straight away whether the item you want is still available and you can secure your copy. Please return your old order to us as described above.

Money back

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund you the amount. The refund will be made within a few days of receipt of the return via the payment method used for your order.
