Shipping

Our backpacks are shipped safely and quickly by our partner DHL. Each order is normally processed on the same day and sent after receipt of payment. Our products are shipped exclusively via the climate-neutral process GOGREEN.

The shipping costs and delivery time depend on the country and are as follows:

*When using prepayment, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order is sent to the transferring bank or, in case another payment method is used, the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the last day of the payment period. If the last day of the payment period is a Sunday or a public holiday officially recognized at the delivery location, the next working day shall take the place of this day.

Complaints

At Fitz & Huxley, we attach great importance to the quality and durability of our backpacks. Nevertheless, if you have a complaint regarding one of our products, you can reach us via email or phone. Via email: please contact service@fitzandhuxley.com with a short description of your complaint. We will reply to you within 24 hours and provide a fast and straightforward solution to your problem. Via phone: you can reach us Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm on the phone number +49 (0)30 2352 3909.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract concluded with us within 14 days without providing any reason, and to return the goods to us. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Fitz & Huxley GmbH, Storkower Str. 115, 10407 Berlin, phone: +49 (0) 30 2352 3909, email: service@fitzandhuxley.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by letter or email). In order to do so you can use the sample withdrawal form downloadable here, however this is not mandatory. You must pay the costs for the return of the goods (in accordance with EU consumer guidelines). Please therefore only send us packages with sufficient postage paid. After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to you straight away. For the return, please use the same box in which your backpack was delivered, as well as the black shipping bag which protects the box.
